Download and print out the enrolment form, complete, then send with a cheque.


(please note that, as proof of receipt of benefits is required for benefit rates, we are unable to offer these over the phone)

Enrolment Information

You can enrol in person, by post or over the phone

We accept cash, cheque and card payments (please do not send cash or credit card details in the post)
Please send completed enrolment form and payment to:

Please include a S.A.E. if you require a materials list or receipt
In the event of a cancelled course we aim to inform you 3 working days before the start date, or at least 24 hours before a day workshop.

The Folk House reserves the right to refuse any enrolment requests.

 

Refunds

Refunds will only be given if:
You cancel at least 48 hours before your course or workshop has started. An admin charge will apply.
If the course has already started, you will need to provide a doctor’s note stating that you are unable to attend in order to get a refund. NB If your course has started, we will not give any refunds without a doctor’s note.
We have cancelled a course or workshop

If a course is cancelled prematurely, a partial refund will be given.

Please note that we may be able to transfer to another course if you no longer wish to attend the one you are enrolled on but you will incur the additional admin charge.

Admin charges:
Weekly courses - 10% of course fees.
One day workshops - £5.

 

Benefits

This concessionary rate is for those whose sole source of income is from a state benefit (e.g. Income Support, Job Seeker’s Allowance, Council Tax Benefit and Housing Benefit). Please show a recent letter stating your benefit when enrolling. If you can afford to pay the full price, please do not ask for a concession as we are a charity and rely on student fees to keep us going.

 

Disability

If you have a disability which may affect participation in your chose course please contact the office prior to enrolling.
