Enrolment Information
You can enrol in person, by post or over the phone
We accept cash, cheque and card payments (please do not send cash or credit card details in the post).
To pay by card over the phone simply ring 0117 926 2987.
If you would like to pay by cheque please send your completed enrolment form and payment to:

Please include a S.A.E. if you require a materials list or receipt
In the event of a cancelled course we aim to inform you 3 working days before the start date, or at least 24 hours before a day workshop.
The Folk House reserves the right to refuse any enrolment requests.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given if:
We have cancelled a course, when you will receive a full refund, or if you have given us at least one week's notice, in which case you will incur an admin fee
If you give us less that one week's notice, or your course or workshop has already started, you will only receive a refund if you can provide a medical note. Refunds will be not given under any other circumstances.
If a course is cancelled prematurely, a partial refund will be given.
We may be able to transfer you onto another course but this is at the discretion of the manager and will incur an admin fee.
Admin Fee: 10% of course fees or £5, whichever is the greater.
Benefits
This concessionary rate is for those whose sole source of income is from a state benefit (e.g. Income Support, Job Seeker’s Allowance, Council Tax Benefit and Housing Benefit). Please show a recent letter stating your benefit when enrolling. If you can afford to pay the full price, please do not ask for a concession as we are a charity and rely on student fees to keep us going.
Disability
If you have a disability which may affect participation in your chose course please contact the office prior to enrolling.
We apologise but unfortunately we have no wheelchair access or facilities.
