Discover how to develop a yoga sequence that you can practice by yourself at home. In this workshop Mel will explain the basic principles behind a yoga routine, and the benefits of different postures. Did you know forward folds are calming to the mind, whilst backward bending energises the body? Discover different types of postures and learn how to put them in a sequence that suits your lifestyle. Yoga is of most benefit when practised regularly, so whether you have ten minutes to practice, or an hour, Mel will help you put together a sequence that you can take home with you.
