We hope you are well and keeping safe.
As things are starting to reopen, we thought you might be wondering what our plans are and when you will see us reopening and starting enrolments for the Autumn Term.
Autumn Term Enrolments
Our Autumn term will be starting in September with enrolments due to take place end of July/ beginning of August.
An exact date will be confirmed in mid-July and an email sent out.
Bookings will take place online (yes we will have online bookings!) and over the phone. We have decided not to print a physical copy of the programme. All will be online.
The Autumn Term will be a 12-week term with courses running either 6 or 12 weeks long. Saturday workshops will run every Saturday and some Sundays.
Term dates - Saturday 12th September – Sunday 13th December 2020
Half term – 26th - 30th October
Anyone who was booked onto the Summer Term will be contacted in July to confirm their place and pay any additional fees.
Vouchers and Memberships
All vouchers/ credits have been extended by 6 months to allow people to use them on the Autumn Term. We will not be taking any more memberships until we re-open in September. All current memberships have been extended by 6 months.
Priority booking will be given to those with vouchers and those who are members.
We will be opening the cafe on the 1st of September.
It is likely that come September, some social distancing rules will be in place. We will be doing everything in line with Government guidelines and making sure we are not putting our customers, tutors, and staff at risk.
If we are still in a position where we are unable to open and we are unable to run the Autumn Term. Online courses will replace many of the classes and refunds will be issued for classes that cannot be offered online.
