Mark trained as an actor at Rose Bruford College and is an experienced scriptwriter. His play The Camp, produced at the Tobacco Factory, was listed in the Independent's best ten plays outside London. More recent work includes The Bedminster Bigfoot which was well received when performed in Bristol last year.
He has written for TV and radio including The Cupboard Beneath the Stairs (BBC 7/Radio 4 Extra), and co-wrote a musical version of Dickens's Great Expectations.
He performed in a double bill of monologues Spiders by Night at Edinburgh Festival 2016 and at venues throughout the country. He is working on Benny's Den – a one man show about hoarding which he will be performing later in the year.
Mark is an experienced improviser and runs workshops in a number of settings. He also works as an individual script mentor and script reader.
