Courses description

Discover how to move with ease in everyday life, by learning to identify and release unconscious patterns of muscular holding using the gentle, yet powerful, floor-based movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method®. In this introductory workshop you will increase your awareness of your movement, breathing and posture, utilising your brain's ability to build new neural pathways and bring you closer to realising your full human potential. Through practising the Feldenkrais Method we learn to move more freely, with greater ease, flexibility and grace, permanently improving our posture, balance and coordination, awakening our innate capacity for life-long vitality and continuing self-development.
