Courses description

Unlock creativity and self-expression through the combined practices of writing and yoga. This workshop is designed for anyone looking to connect mind, body, and words in a deeper, more intuitive way.

Through guided movement, breathwork, and meditation, we will cultivate presence and awareness - essential tools on both the page and mat. Writing exercises will draw inspiration from the body's rhythms, emotions, and sensations, helping you access new creative depths. Whether you're journaling, crafting poetry, or working on personal essays, this workshop will guide you to write with greater fluidity and authenticity.

No prior experience in yoga or writing is necessary - just a willingness to explore, stretch, and express. Come ready to move, reflect, and write your way into new creative spaces.

This workshop is taught by Francesca Ramsay and Holly Delafield.

Holly Delafield is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance trained Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher with a special interest in exploring empowerment and self-expression through yoga.
