Courses description

This is a workshop for people who are in pain and/ or ill health. Connection and compassion are aspects of Mindfulness that are rarely talked about but which are essential to an effective Mindfulness practice. The Mindfulness method for living well rests on the principle that you need compassion and self-compassion in order to live a peaceful life. Learn the basics of Mindfulness theory and practice, and cultivate feelings of connection and compassion to self and others through Mindfulness meditation.
