Courses description

Each class covers Flexibility, Balance and Strength providing the four vital components of fitness for older adults. This class uses exercises that are safe, enjoyable, effective and accessible to everyone whatever their ability, and can be done seated or standing. Seated exercise classes ensure age or ability are no longer barriers to an active lifestyle.
