Make your own Stained Glass Creations: Differing from the Traditional Leaded Window classes Copper Foiling allows you to create delicate sun catchers and decorative pieces, both 2d and 3d forms are possible. Choosing from a beautiful selection of coloured glass your tutor will teach you how to cut glass and use “copper foil tape” to edge your pieces, before soldering them together. It is a little easier on the hands than the leaded method and you can choose from existing course designs or invent your own.
Student testimonial:
Stuart fitted his instruction to the needs of individuals - helping where necessary. This was an excellent course. So good, the majority of course members joined the next term's course. All credit to our tutor, Stuart.

Latecomer
If a course has already started, please call the office as it may be possible to join after the start date. This may only be possible if the course is not already full, if it is not disruptive for the other students and you are aware that you have missed a percentage of the course and the tutor will not have time to catch you up. This will be at discretion of the Folk House. We run our courses termly, so it might be best to start at the beginning of the course.
