Tantra Yoga - Loving Yourself This online course will take you on a journey of rejuvenation, self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love, using Tantra Kriya Yoga - a system of techniques to consciously move energy through the body. Every week you will explore a different theme in your energetic makeup, leading you to generating more vitality. This course also offers guidance and techniques to support you to find new, exciting ways to relate within and without. Week 1: Emerging in Our Physicality Week 2: Charging with Prana Week 3: Connecting to Your Vital Energy Week 4: Exploring Inner Masculinity and Femininity Week 5: Nurturing Self-Confidence Week 6: Basking in Love Here is some more information about this course: What techniques does this tantra yoga use- It uses body postures and movement exercises, breathing, and some chanting and meditation techniques. Gentle breathwork practices, but please note breathwork is not recommended for pregnant women. The movement and postures in tantra yoga are focused on body awareness - so after every movement/exercise which we call kriya, there is a pause of silence with eyes closed to feel what effect it had on the body/mind.
