Courses description

For those who cycle or walk on a regular basis, you may have noticed that these activities often result in the shortening of hamstrings, lower back ache and tension in the shoulders. During this workshop, we will work to release the legs - hamstrings, quadriceps and the psoas, bring more mobility to the spine and open shoulders and chest. Yoga postures for all, beginners welcome.
