Funzing | The Miracles of Microdosing | 28/10/18

Added: Wednesday 29 August 2018

Microdosing is becoming the way to take psychedelics for many. Why do people microdose? What are the benefits? Microdosing is being used for many reasons, including, increasing focus, creativity and productivity, also to manage depression and bad habits.

Gammadian has been using psychedelics for fifty years and has researched all facets of their use including microdosing. In his talk he outlines the benefits and risks of microdosing and how to take them in the safest way. He shares his experiences and findings on this highly controversial subject.

How does it affect you? Is their effect due to the placebo effect? What is the dose? How do you ascertain it? How frequently should you take it? For how long should you take it.

Can microdosing benefit us and increase higher functioning and emotional wellbeing in humans? Are we missing the point taking potentially dangerous substances to increase our productivity whilst ignoring other aspects of the problem?

Most information about microdosing is anecdotal but Gammadian shares the result of the research that is beginning to be done and answers the questions around this practice. He also explains the science of what is happening in the brain, to give a fuller picture of this phenomenon.
