Lucy is a fully qualified Personal Trainer who has worked as a Fitness Instructor since 2004. She teaches a range of Group Exercise classes, specializing in Pilates.
She has trained in Mat based Pilates with Polestar Pilates, Fitness Pilates and Seated Exercise for older adults. Her mindful approach to movement gives participants the opportunity to explore exercise at their own pace and level. She believes group exercise should be made fun and accessible as a great tonic for body and mind.
