Courses description

This workshop is suitable for both new and previous attendees.

The session will focus on understanding our stress response, gaining insight into how it may personally affect you and utilising this understanding so stress can become a positive force in your life.

The workshop will be broken up with gentle yoga movements, breathing practices and a deep relaxation to complete your session.  You will also receive exercises to support you to find beauty and continue with grace in our most stressful moments.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of stress as a neutral force within your life, tools you can use to support you with heart, and techniques to support you towards your highest health.
