Courses description

Hatha yoga combines some flowing movement with the practice of holding poses for a longer time. Each class will combine gentle postures, working with the breath, and mindfulness to encourage release and relaxation in the mind and body. The practice of yoga works gently but deeply to build strength, improve flexibility and release tension. Hatha yoga also offers an opportunity to access greater calm by bringing body, mind and breath into harmony. This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some prior experience of yoga.
