Learn this variation of crochet that is considered a mixture between crochet and knitting. Tunisian crochet uses an elongated hook and produces amazing finishes.
During the course, you will familiarise yourself with the basic stitches of Tunisian crochet as well as the differences with standard crochet. We will progress to small weekly projects to learn different techniques such as shaping, Tunisian crochet in the round and entrelac among other things.
You do not need previous experience with Tunisian crochet or standard crochet to take this course. All tools and materials are included in the fee. The course is taught in right-handed technique, please let us know if you are left-handed. Any doubts, please get in touch with Cristina, the tutor, at info@tenguerengue.com.
This 4-week course will not run on Bank Holiday Monday, 4th May.

Latecomer
If a course has already started, please call the office as it may be possible to join after the start date. This may only be possible if the course is not already full, if it is not disruptive for the other students and you are aware that you have missed a percentage of the course and the tutor will not have time to catch you up. This will be at discretion of the Folk House. We run our courses termly, so it might be best to start at the beginning of the course.
