Meditation can help us to feel calmer and more centred, and to build resilience in coping with lifes ups and downs. Suitable for everyone, both beginners and those with some previous experience, this course will cover some simple and accessible techniques for integrating meditation into your daily life. Sessions will include guided meditations, discussions and suggestions for meditation practice at home.
