Tutor: Holly Foskett-Barnes
Join tutor Holly Foskett-Barnes for a tranquil, nature-inspired journey where you'll learn to create landscapes in watercolour.
From rolling mountains to starry skies, Holly will guide you through a different natural scene each week, helping you build creative confidence while nurturing your artistic wellbeing. Throughout this course, you'll practice step-by-step watercolour techniques, take part in mindful activities, and create a personal portfolio of landscape artworks.
Whether you're painting a windswept coastline or a quiet forest, the focus will be on enjoying the process, not just the end result.
What you'll gain:
- Practical watercolour techniques with 1:1 support
- Increased creative confidence and a mindful approach to artmaking
- A calm, supportive space to enjoy the creative process over outcomes
- Experience exploring nature through a creative lens

Latecomer
If a course has already started, please call the office as it may be possible to join after the start date. This may only be possible if the course is not already full, if it is not disruptive for the other students and you are aware that you have missed a percentage of the course and the tutor will not have time to catch you up. This will be at discretion of the Folk House. We run our courses termly, so it might be best to start at the beginning of the course.
