Courses description

This is an online class. Please check the material lists section below for extra details. Mindful yoga combines yoga postures with mindful awareness as a way to become more present both on and off the yoga mat. In this class we work with movement and stillness, bringing breath and body into harmony as a way to encourage release and relaxation in the mind and body. All levels welcome. This course will take place online via Zoom.
