Courses description

A gentle and accessible introduction to mindfulness for people who would like to access more moments of calm. Mindfulness is increasingly recognised as a life-changing way to help deal with the stress and pressure that we can experience from the fast pace of modern life. The focus is on experiencing simple, practical mindfulness techniques that you can take away and use in everyday life. You will learn how to use your breath and natural awareness to find ease and focus amidst the rush and go home with a practical tool-kit of resources to use from day-to-day.
