In this workshop we will explore the meanings and attributes of the four suits of the Minor Arcana - Wands, Swords, Cups and Pentacles - to understand how they relate to other magical systems, alchemy and Kabbalah. We will use the Tarot images associated with each suit to gain insight into the magical aspects of the four elements and the four worlds of Kabbalah.
This workshop is for people who have participated in the Tarot for Everyone or other Tarot workshops at the Folk House - it would not be a good choice for a first Tarot workshop! You may bring your Waite-Smith deck along for reference if you have one, but this workshop will mostly be exploring broader abstract themes rather than engaging directly with individual cards.

Latecomer
If a course has already started, please call the office as it may be possible to join after the start date. This may only be possible if the course is not already full, if it is not disruptive for the other students and you are aware that you have missed a percentage of the course and the tutor will not have time to catch you up. This will be at discretion of the Folk House. We run our courses termly, so it might be best to start at the beginning of the course.
