Courses description

This workshop will explore a variety of techniques to help you access deep relaxation and rest. This includes a slow, nourishing yoga asana practice, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and finishing with a delicious yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to help you completely unwind. Whether you have trouble sleeping, are feeling frazzled, or just want to take some time out to rest, restore and re-energise, this workshop will help you nourish and care for yourself, even if life feels busy or overwhelming.
