Join poet Noel Sweeny for an intimate reading and discussion of their animal rights anotholoy: Albatross.

This event will not only feature a reading, but participants will be encouraged to engage in a discussion around the subject matter of animal rights.

The poetry is wide-ranging from abbattoirs to zoos, covering every aspect in-between on the widespread legal discrimmination within our society towards animals.

Animal rights percolates through each poem so every word is weighted for the benefit of those who are denied the use of them.

This event has a capacity of 12 people to encourage seminar-style discussions.

FYI:

We have noticed an increasing number of scams / fake tickets for our events recently (especially purchased from social media). We do our best to monitor our social media pages and delete posts from scam ticket sellers, but some still manage to slip the net as we are a small team and do not have the capacity to constantly monitor all of our event pages on social media.

We never accept tickets purchased from unofficial ticket agents or social media platforms.

If an event is sold out – we can refund ticket holders wanting to return tickets provided we have a guaranteed buyer on the waiting list and it is before Friday 12pm on the weekend of the event. Therefore there is never a need to buy from anywhere except for official ticket selling sites (our website, Headfirst, Seetickets. Ticketsellers, Skiddle, Eventbrite or any site that is linked on our website for the event). If in doubt, please contact us before making any purchases.

To avoid disappointment - never buy from an unofficial ticket agent / seller!
