Do you like to read crime fiction?
As part of Crime Reading Month, two local authors would like to invite you to a literary evening at The Folk House, Bristol. This is to celebrate the recent publication of Claire Barnard's deubt novel, “Pieces of the Jigsaw”, a crime mystery, and the relaunch of Martin Williams’ first novel, “The Pearl Divers Saliva” and his third book, “Anthony Johnson,Committed for Murder”, both stories with a crime element.
As well as being writers, we have in common personal and professional experience of mental health and this is a theme that runs throughout our work.
On the evening we will read from our books, be interviewed about our writing and also take questions from the audience. To finish we will read excerpts from new works in progress. Books will be on sale (cash only) and we will be happy to sign your copy.
Our event will be on Wednesday 18th June and will start at 8pm. For those that don't know The Folk House is down a little alley half way up Park Street on the right. The bar will be open.
The books are also available to buy on Amazon.
Claire Barnard has a website www.clairebarnard.co.uk
