Emma Pooley didn’t start cycling until her twenties, but went on to race at three Olympic Games - taking a silver medal at Beijing in 2008. 'Oat to Joy' shows us inside the Team GB Olympic project and reflects on Emma's experiences as a latecomer to elite sport, facing her doubts and driving herself onto prolonged success in a new environment.
Emma will be discussing her experiences with former Procycling magazine writer Duncan Steer. There will be a chance to ask your own questions.
