Explore the cyanolumen process, a camera-less photographic technique that enables you to create unique designs using expired photographic paper and photochemistry. In this workshop, you will learn about both wet and dry contact printing techniques, using seaweed fragments collected from the southwest coastline, along with locally sourced wildflowers. You will also focus on artistic layouts that emphasise the interplay of shadows and light. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of photochemistry, coating techniques, and exposure methods. This workshop is ideal for photography enthusiasts and offers a hands-on opportunity to engage with an unpredictable and experimental alchemical process that goes beyond traditional photography.

Due to funding from the Richard and Siobhán Coward Foundation, there are 2 tickets available for 'Low Wage & Under 25's' at a reduced cost.
