Alice White is an oil painter, and Tutor at the University of the Arts London and University College London. She is an Accredited Lecturer for The Arts Society (NADFAS), and has provided Guest Lectures at Kings College London, The Art Worker's Guild, and the Courtauld Institute of Art.
Her essay 'A Painter's Perspective' appears in the book Alfred Cohen: An American Artist in Europe co-published by the Alfred Cohen Art Foundation and the Ben Uri Gallery (March 2020). Her article 'How to Look at Painting' was published in The Art Society Magazine (July 2020).
Alice completed a residency as Artist for Animals at ZSL London Zoo. Recent exhibitions include the Mall Galleries in London and the Gustavo Barcarisas Gallery in Gibraltar. She has been awarded the Russell and Chapple Canvas Prize by the Royal Society of Marine Artists, and the 'Time Space Money' Bursary by a-n The Artist Information Company/Arts Council England.
