Amber has a keen interest in wellbeing and has applied herself to teach yoga and meditation alongside her ‘day job’ in HR.
She has been practising yoga since her teens and has found solace in the practice in challenging times and joy throughout. Amber draws from a broad range of influences as she has tapped into the yoga community in the various places she has come to call home; from Dianne’s Yin yoga classes in the hustle and bustle of Utrecht in the Netherlands to Margaret’s Hatha in the rolling hills of Devon, Judith’s grounding practice in the midst of busy Southampton to Kate’s reorienting Scaravelli here in booming Bristol. Amber feels very fortunate to have come into contact with teachers who have stimulated and supported her on her yoga journey.
Her classes have a focus on resilience through finding both; strength to stabilise and; softness to aid mobility.
Amber offers Hatha yoga classes and encourages you to allow yourself to bring your awareness inward, tuning in with your body, your breath and your mind.
