Kay is an experienced yoga instructor and teaches a certificated Meditation and Personal Development module for the British Wheel of Yoga. Her work with meditation and mindfulness focuses on a deepening of awareness and sensitivity to our bodies and states of being, inviting and enabling a process of getting to know ourselves better. She weaves the practice of writing into her work with meditation as a further means towards getting to know oneself and revealing more of who we really are. She has found writing to have a great capacity to make sense of our experience and to clarify. in the early years
In the early years after gaining an honours degree in Psychology Kay worked within a psychotherapeutic community, where she practiced a variety of skills including psychodrama and facilitated women’s support groups. She has been involved in intensive study and practice with meditation & the energy body for more than 35 years, increasing and expanding awareness and consciousness and developing self-knowledge.
