About

Hi, I'm Romy, your future fer-mentor. A Bristol based Chef and fermentation fanatic. I've been obsessed with Lacto-fermentation for about 6 years after attending a fermentation session and realising how easy, delicious and beneficial it is to have fermented foods in your daily life. There's rarely a time there isn't a jar of something bubbling away on my counter, or a meal that doesn't include a spoonful of kraut or kimchi. I hope that in joining one of my fermentation sessions you will come away with the same enthusiasm and readiness to get fermenting at home.
