Stefan Mohamed is a performing poet, author and freelance editor based in Bristol. He is the author of the Bitter Sixteen Trilogy and Falling Leaves, all published by Salt Publishing, poetry pamphlet The Marketplace of Ideas (Stewed Rhubarb) and poetry collection PANIC! (Burning Eye Books).
Stefan studied creative writing at Kingston University, graduating in 2010 with a First. Later that year, Bitter Sixteen won the Sony Reader Award, a category of the Dylan Thomas Prize. In 2021, Stefan was the recipient of the Sansom Award, a category of the Bristol Short Story Prize.
