Courses description

This workshop explores the powerful connection between nutrition and long-term health, specifically focusing on how dietary choices can manage or prevent chronic illness. Moving away from restrictive fads and "quick fixes," we will prioritise a sustainable understanding of how to reduce inflammation, support the microbiome, and balance energy levels. Whether you are managing a condition, supporting a loved one, or simply curious about prevention, you will learn how to listen to your body's needs and implement realistic, science-backed changes.

The session blends relatable teaching with practical, adaptable strategies tailored to your unique lifestyle. Through a mix of clear instruction, reflection activities, and Q and A, my aim is for you to come away with simple, actionable ideas to calm the nervous system and stabilise blood sugar.

No prior nutritional knowledge is required - this is a supportive space designed to give you the foundational tools to take charge of your well-being at your own pace.
