In our fast-paced lives it is hard to make time for our wellbeing. This workshop will give you a moment to slow things down and to explore strategies and tips to support your wellbeing.

Things we will explore.
- What wellbeing means for you.
- The elements of self-compassion and how this can help support your wellbeing.
- There will be an opportunity for you to unwind with a short meditation in the morning and a longer one after lunch.
- There will be fun simple exercises and discussions.
