As a Pilates teacher, I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where my students can discover the joy of movement. Through dedicated training in ballet and contemporary dance, I developed discipline, perseverance, and attention to detail. Recognising the need to build strength, flexibility, and alignment, I discovered Pilates over 12 years ago and later became a certified teacher with Body Control Pilates. I became increasingly aware of the importance of maintaining a healthy body and mind. Drawing from my dance background, I guide my students through exercises that promote strength, balance, and mindful awareness.
