Courses description

Understanding your stress response. Master, utilise and breathe deep again.

This workshop will focus on understanding our stress response, gaining insight into how it may personally affect you and utilising this understanding so stress can become a positive force in your life.

The workshop will be broken up with gentle movement, breathing practices and a deep relaxation to complete your session.

By the end of the workshop you will have a deeper understanding of stress as a neutral force within your life, tools you can use to support you, and techniques to support you towards your highest health.
