Courses description

This workshop will -

- explore and problem-solve the challenges around sustaining a daily, nourishing practice, so you can build something beautiful for you.

- Give you the tools you need to design a daily routine personalised for you.

- Give you the support and understanding on how to adapt your practice depending on your needs.

This workshop session will be interspersed with gentle, physical Yoga practices, hand mudras, breathing exercises and a deep relaxation to complete. By the end of the session, you will have the tools you need to create a sacred space for you.
